ugly beach bad access

the staff seemed very helpful and professional, acceptable.

The beach near the hotel looked quite ugly. reaching the hotel was also a bad experience. there wasn't a direct access. I had to walk through a small passage, and the surrounding areas weren't cleaned. it wasn't what i expected.

wow, what a gem!

helpful staff gorgeous pool delicious breakfast great sounds

The staff was super helpful! zeenal at the restaurant, neha, and utkarsh at reception always seemed ready to help! i especially liked the pool. It was gorgeous and maintained well! the breakfast was mostly delicious. the sounds of birds and waves in the morning were really great!

the surrounding area near the entrance needed cleaning.

the room included a comfy bed ensuring restful sleep! a small fridge stored drinks! the tv offered entertainment, even though i didn't watch it much! the balcony with seating and a clothes dryer was great.

the breakfast buffet had both european and indian dishes! i ordered custom omelets and dosas! the restaurant staff was attentive and numerous! the restaurant sliced and brought fruit to my room when i asked!

The hotel features a nice swimming pool. it is well kept by staff! staff brought towels to the pool. So thoughtful! the location offers easy access to the beach and backwaters creating a unique and relaxing environment.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

cute staff helpful service prime location modern bathrooms

The staff provided cute and helpful service . They promptly addressed all requests, including adjustments to food orders. The hotel's location, nestled between a river and the sea, is FANTASTIC. Bathrooms are well kept, clean, and modern.

The path to the hotel requires walking through a small passage. Surrounding areas are not very well kept.

Breakfast had great variety with a mix of cuisines and dishes made to order. This was excellent. The waiting staff are very attentive and made dining a joy, AND i felt it was quality for value.

Rooms included river views from the balcony, providing an excellent perspective. The rooms were spacious and well kept and included happy hour options, which i noticed. Beer was offered upon arrival for a welcome drink.

The swimming pool area is clean. Shaded loungers are available. Direct beach access provides convenience for sea visits. This is very CONVENIENT. The location provides access to local shops.

limited menu room maintenance

the resort is right at the beach, so that's a plus. the beach was mostly empty.

the menu seemed limited. i did ask the chef to make something that wasn't listed. they were willing to do it, but the limited options was still a little bothersome. the rooms require some maintenance.
